Brian Gose
Vice President of OperationsHolocene Drilling has hired Brian Gose as Vice President of Operations, Business Development, and Safety. Brian will provide dynamic leadership to both office & field teams, oversee strategic personnel management & drive the expansion of Holocene’s market presence.
Brian joins Holocene Drilling as a seasoned leader tasked with steering the company’s day-to-day operations, spearheading business development initiatives, and championing a culture of safety. He brings deep experience in environmental and geotechnical drilling operations, team leadership, and business expansion.
Anisa Harnden
Operations ManagerAnisa is a Washington State Geologist and Licensed Resource Protection Driller. Anisa and Don Harnden, bring their 25+ years of direct push and remediation experience to assist you with any Phase II site investigation, PFAS or chemical injection project throughout Washington and Oregon.
Donna (Thrall) Shaughnessy
Administrative LeadDonna has been a key part of Holocene Drilling since the beginning. She is the calm voice you hear working out job details, start times and final job locations. She is an indispensable team member wearing many hats throughout the day.

Administrative AssistantAlyssa is a key member of the Holocene office staff. She is the helpful voice you hear when you call in. Alyssa works in the background to process all the Department of Ecology documentation, Start cards, refunds and finalizes all job set ups. Like all small offices, Alyssa performs many duties and is an indispensable member of the team.
