Holocene has greatly expanded our remediation injection program with the addition of staff and equipment including pumps, totalizers, rigs and injection trailers. 

Sampling for per- and polyfluoroalkyl (PFAS) using EPA Method 537 or 537.1 can be challenging due to the prevalence of PFAS compounds in consumer products. Following strict EPA guidelines, Holocene Drilling on average performs several PFAS projects per week.  These guidelines include no nitrile gloves, clothes washed with fabric softener, or anything made with PVC or Teflon among other products.  Accurate PFAS sampling can be difficult, but Holocene has become a Pacific Northwest PFAS sampling leader.
